SESSION STAGES

& TASKS

All programmes are delivered using Neurolanguage Coaching methods and tools. We combine Neurolanguage Coaching with the convenience, flexibility and functionality of OnePage Canvas. The session stages, methods and tools are used in all coaching programmes. The session configuration and curriculum will vary, customized to the individual or group.

GROUP

INDIVIDUAL

WARM-UP

Converse with the other participants about topics relevant to improving communication for the groups' goals. The educator or facilitator inputs anything into the OnePage Canvas that will benefit the group.

MAIN TASKS

All tasks have combined reading, writing, listening and speaking components that encourage group interaction. Such as role-plays, onboarding, corporate training, presentations, preparing for meetings, reviewing meetings, composing email and chat, i.e. Slack and similar chat tools.

REVISION

All participants must review the previous content input into the OnePage Canvas. Items that need to be reviewed at the next session or forfeited are decided based on group consensus.

FEEDBACK & RATINGS

The coach gives feedback and ratings together with the group based on group performance.

ASSIGNMENTS

Aside from reviewing the sessions' contents before the next session, doing additional assignments will accelerate learning, seamlessly allowing the participants to apply what they have learned in their work environment. The assigned tasks are in line with the goals set for the group or the individual.

*All tasks, assignments or activities are created specifically for the groups' or individuals' goals in line with the 5 Core Competencies of Neurolanguage Coaching.
