What our customers are saying.
Takasaki, Senior Consultant
His coaching has changed the way I think about English and it has reduced my stress.
By focusing on the English you need, rather than trying to become a native speaker, you can learn English that you can use in situations where you really need it the most.
The program quickly improves their confidence in communicating with our overseas offices by drawing on their own work materials for study.
Coach Ryan Ahamer
Our well-being invariably affects the state of our consciousness that influences the way we communicate.
I am a Neurolanguage Coach with International Coaching Federation (ICF) certified training. I have been coaching well-being, leadership and communication to multinational and domestic companies in Tokyo since 2015. Before that, I was an English teacher at the largest language learning company in Japan since 2002.
Born in Indonesia, raised in Australia by German parents who are successful entrepreneurs, I also took that entrepreneurial route after 13 years in the food and beverage industry as a chef to a manager whilst at university. I have founded two startups in the educational services and EdTech space in Japan. I am also fortunate to be a father to a 13-year old girl studying at a progressive entrepreneurial high school with whom I speak English and Japanese.
I draw on many of my multicultural life experiences when I coach. My belief that well-being correlates with communication has broadened my research and study beyond education and learning into psychology, physiology, cognitive and behavioural neuroscience and even spirituality.
